Julia from sales and Mashita from banquet are both extremely professional in handling our event requirements. They are also very attentive!

Yuunus (banquet) was exceptional. He was responsive and attentive to our needs. Calvin & Pauline (sales) were also very pleasant. Easy-going, responsive and meticulous.

So wonderful! so professional and efficient in many ways to work out all the essential requirements for the event. I really appreciate all you have done for us.

The on-duty chef is very flexible & able to cope with our last minute request for vegetarian menu and pre-dinner menu. AV team's Khairul is also very helpful.

The banquet manager was really good in his job. He’s very alert and attentive to everything. Never seen such a great banquet team with other weddings. Everything was great, the guests really enjoyed the night.

Good customer service & very attentive. The server, Mr Fariz is polite and helpful.

Overall, it was a great experience working with CCEC for the Google Cloud OnBoard Kuala Lumpur event. Izzudin (Banquet Team) and his whole team was very helpful and quick on their feet with our multiple requests and needs. Adequate manpower was given for all sections of the event from setup to F&B and everyone was helpful and even out of their way to assist us. It was also really a pleasure working with Pauline (Events Team) as she helped to pull the best for the event and assisted diligently in accommodating all our requests. Loved the team’s flexibility, and quick ability to brainstorm for solutions when we need to.

We’re thankful to the team for being very helpful to fulfill our last minute booking and being so accommodating throughout the event planning. Everything went well and both Datuk Seri Najib Razak and Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor were very happy with the event.

Thanks to the banquet team – Saiful, Akasha, Gibson, Saifula, and Farid – for all their support and help throughout the two days to make the Microsoft Cloud Summit 2018 event a success.

Amanda (Events Executive) was exceptional in handling all matters for our wedding. She made it very easy for us to organise things and accommodated to our needs as best as she could.

Ahmad (from the Banquet team) wowed us and met all of our requests. He is always calm and gives us solutions when we are facing difficult situations. He is always there to assist like and always right around the corner when we need it. His also a good leader able to lead the team well. We're thankful to him.
